Ethiopian Pulses and Oilseeds Exporters Association (EPOSEA)
The Ethiopian Pulses, Oilseeds and Spices Processors-Exporters Association (EPOSPEA), which revised its name to be Ethiopian Pulses and Oilseeds Exporters Association (EPOSEA) at the current fiscal year, was established in 1998 with the objective of building the capacity of the industry players to become key participants’ role players in the global market.
Our Role is:
To serve, promote and protect the interest of its members, build their capacity to participate and compete in the global market and contribute for economic development of the country by:
- Providing up-to-date local and foreign market information, trends & data of the sector to build competitive position of members
- Creating international opportunities to enhance the exposure of members on global export business.
- Enhancing the implementation capacity of members through providing them with essential Business Developing System
- Enabling the Association and its members to access various

Membership Advantages
Members will be equipped with sufficient knowledge in their field. Training sessions that support their export activities will be provided in collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Efforts will be made to resolve challenges members face in their export business by engaging with relevant governmental and non-governmental entities.

How to become a member
Applicant’s should have a valid renewed export license and a TIN number
- Membership registration fee of 40,000 birr and
- Annual contribution fee of 15,000 birr; totally 55,000 birr should be paid.
A membership request form provided by the association should be filled, signed and stamped.
